< u>Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in the field of public health, medicine, pharmacy. 
• Experience in this role from 1 year.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and related regulations in Ukraine. 
• Project management and problem solving skills.
• Experience in negotiating with health care authorities.
• Communication, analytical skills, logical thinking, attention to detail.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language! Intermediate level of English.

Main duties of this role:

• Constant monitoring on Prozorro and other sites, research, market consultations, needs and requests of key stakeholders (MoH, NSHU and other public and private parties).
• Working with tender documentation at all stages.  
• Development, coordination and implementation of a market access strategy that reflects the situation in Ukraine (lack of funding, limited coverage of the health care system, challenges related to martial law, etc.), coordination with the project portfolio and business priorities.
• Organization of processes related to health technology assessment (health technology assessment) regarding the company's products.
• Proactive collaboration with external stakeholders to improve reimbursement programs, identifying potential spheres for new recoverable molecules and increased coverage. 
• Monitoring and cooperation with external stakeholders regarding the improvement of the state policy of price management, implementation of the necessary measures to comply with the requirements of the law. Analysis of competitors' prices. Development of a price strategy for participation in the tender, according to the market analysis and the requirements of the tender documentation. Coordination of changes in the price tender offer (discounts, changes in currency rates and payment terms).
• Monitor changes in the pharmaceutical sector, their impact on the company's business and related risks and opportunities.
• Represents the company and promotes its interests through active participation in industry and business associations, actively interacts with state and regulatory bodies.
