  Functional Responsibilities:

  • Based on the obtained targets, form a budget on COPROMO , reviews, ratings on countries and partners
  • on the basis of the approved budget to agree on plans with managers and consolidate in a monthly, Ukrainian plan
  • Control of the implementation of plans in the country
  • Provision of marketing operating cycle
  • Presentation and approval of plans
  • Conducting status and decision-making meetings
  • Selection budgets
  • Ensuring control of fulfillment of obligations of the company and contractors
  • Ensuring the implementation of the schedule on all their plans
  • Ensuring the achievement of targets within budgets
