Join us as we continue to innovate, inspire, and make history in the world of aerospace and defense.What You Will Be Doing Project management of assigned Corrective Action Requests (CARs) ensuring on-time completion Investigation/root cause analysis of product and process quality escapes Development of detailed and effective Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) Coaching/teaching other production employees/leaders in regard to Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies. Preparing and maintaining electronic records to include metric development and performance tracking.
