We are currently in search of a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to evaluate software quality via both manual and automated tests. Your primary task will be to identify and report any bugs or defects you find manually, but also to assist with future automation efforts.This opportunity will require you to develop and implement your own testing plans using our dynamic infrastructure. Your ultimate goal will be to guarantee that our product operates flawlessly.Responsibilities:Examine and interpret system specifications in Linear and NotionWork collaboratively with the team to devise effective strategies and testing plansConduct test cases (manual) and assess the outcomesReport detailed bugs with compact and accurate descriptions- Record bugs in action and highlight expected vs. actual behaviorAssess product functionality based on specificationsParticipate in software releases by conducting exhaustive QA CyclesRequirements:Demonstrated experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a comparable roleKnowledge in project management and QA methodologiesFamiliarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is advantageousProficient in documenting and solving errorsPractical experience with test management software (in Notion or test management systems)Exceptional communication skillsHigh level of attention to detailAnalytical thinker with problem-solving skillsStrong organizational abilitiesProven experience with remote work as part of a global team
