Over the past four years, we've been dedicated to becoming the easiest-to-use gym management software available. Our success hinges on superior product quality, making quality assurance and technical issue resolution crucial to our mission. Our suite includes business owner tools and gym member tools across two web portals and two mobile apps.

Our small but dynamic team, consisting of seven talented members from Australia, England, Ukraine, and Portugal, is united by a common goal: to deliver exceptional software that stands out in the market.

 

Role Overview:

As a Manual QA & Technical Support Specialist at Gymflow, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our software is flawless before it reaches our users. You will dive deep into our product, developing comprehensive testing checklists to ensure thorough validation of new features and updates. Your findings will be documented clearly in Jira for our developers to address before release.

 

Additionally, your in-depth product knowledge will be essential in providing advanced technical support. You will assist our Customer Success team by diagnosing and resolving technical issues in production, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

  • Design and implement detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for comprehensive manual testing.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs throughout their lifecycle using Jira.
  • Collaborate with developers to replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure new code does not disrupt existing functionality.
  • Participate in design and requirement reviews, offering feedback to preempt potential issues.

Technical Support:

  • Deliver advanced support for complex technical issues escalated from the first support level.
  • Analyze and resolve intricate customer problems and inquiries with precision.
  • Partner with development teams to replicate and address bugs reported by users.
  • Document and refine support procedures and solutions for recurring issues.

     

About You:

You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are driven by a desire to continuously enhance product quality. You bring:

  • Proven experience as a QA professional.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience with QA for B2B SaaS applications is highly advantageous.\
