About the role: Our partner is an international digital holding, which is represented in more than 50 countries of the world and provides comprehensive services in the direction of marketing, in connection with the expansion of the staff, is looking for a Manual QA Engineer to work with the CRM platform. - plan, test cases, checklists); Testing of new functionality; Communication with managers to determine testing priorities; Checking user cases from the creation of a notification in CRM to receiving it by the user; Checking the correctness of CRM notifications for various platforms (web, mob, app); The ability to independently identify a potential problem and check it. We expect from a specialist: Experience in manual testing from 1 year; Understanding of automation and segmentation processes; Experience in creating standard documentation based on test results; Working with RestAPI, the ability to work with Postman; Understanding the principles of Email- systems and push systems: eSputnik, SendPulse, HubSpot, Pushwoosh, OneSignal; Ability to form hypotheses and test them. An additional plus will be: Experience with CRM systems: Salesforce, Customer.io, Optimove or others.
