Manual QA Engineer in Outstaff Your Team

We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer who enjoys testing, finding bugs and solving complex problems to improve the product. There will be many tasks on API and other web applications.

Product: created to automate support (text communication) for popular CRM systems using ML. The product is put into production.

Team: our team already has an experienced CEO with a background in Data Science and Machine Learning, Front-End, Back-end developers, Machine Learning Engineer, Marketing Manager and Designer.

What we will do:

• Plan the testing process;
• Conduct regular manual testing of the functionality of the web resource;
• Check API endpoint for interaction between different systems;
• Create bug reports;
• Discuss fixes and new functionality with developers;
• Write test documentation.

Requirements

What you will need:

• 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA;
• Experience writing and understanding Python code;
• Experience with web projects;
• Experience in creating/maintaining testing documentation (test case, test plan, checklist, etc.);
• Skills of independent creation of test documentation;
• Experience with test management systems (eg TestRail);
• Knowledge and experience of working with concepts, testing methodologies;
• Support for manual testing of new functions implemented on the platform;
• Experience working in an Agile environment;
• Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana or other bug-tracking systems;
• Understanding methods of protection and testing: SQL injections, XSS, etc.;
• Databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL: SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE requests;
• Understanding of REST, experience with Postman.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with automated testing;
• Good sense of humor :)
