Ifyou want tolearn automated testing inaddition tomanual testing, like toovercome technical difficulties when implementing products, and also maintain and enhance the engineering culture inateam ofprofessionals, then this position isfor you. :) What doyou have todo?—5+years ofexperience inthe position ofQAEngineer. —Testing ofnew functionality (mostly manual, itwill begreat ifsometimes you can doitautomated). —Conducting regression testing and smoke testing. —Creation ofbug reports, and preparation oftest reports. —Updating documentation. —Actively participates incross-functional teams and assists teams inmaintaining high product quality. —Participation inteam meetings: stand-ups, grooming and task assessment, planning, retro, etc. Important for the position: —Experience intesting browser applications, including SPA, aswell asbackend services (REST API). —Ability toanalyze business requirements, find possible contradictions, and report them. —Experience inwriting checklists, test cases, test plans, and testing reports. —Good understanding ofmodern testing approaches aswell asSDLC. —Understanding of protocols, how the browser works, working with cookies and local storage, and understanding ofCSS/HTML. —Good skills with Chrome Dev Tools, and Transparent Proxies for testing. —Experience with bug-tracking systems and understanding oftypical processes inIT teams. —Understanding ofthe principles ofclient-service application architecture. Itwill beaplus: —Experience writing Software Requirements Specifications. —Experience using Postman. —Experience inparticipating inorindependently conducting load testing. —Experience testing tofind security holes. —Basic knowledge ofSQL. —Ability toread Kibana logs and draw conclusions based onthem. —Experience inAPI/UI testing automation.
