Role: QA SpecialistKey Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive testing at all levels to ensure software quality.Provide exceptional technical support to our customers.Draft and maintain clear, concise technical documentation.Actively participate in meetings, contributing valuable insights and feedback.Mandatory Skills:Minimum 1 year of commercial work experience in a similar role.Proficient in various types of testing with practical implementation skills.Proven customer service experience — able to handle queries via in-person, text, or phone interactions.Familiarity with developer tools in browsers.Proficiency in English — both written and spoken.Competent in using task-tracking systems and generating detailed reports.Ability to write clear and effective test cases.A friendly demeanor coupled with a responsible attitude.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
