Jamworks is your meeting companion, automated note-taker, task delegator, insight propagator, point of interest capture, and “what did they just say?” helper. Never forget a valuable insight ever again. The way we study has changed, but lectures haven’t until now. Jamworks helps students and teachers in any subject remember the forgotten, revise the revisable, and get back to that one key moment that you’ve always wanted to find when studying — with transcribed audio, any screen content from presentations or slides, and additional notes.

We are now moving into a new product area — Jamworks for Business . We’ll be expanding both our product offering and our sales and marketing, and that demands a significant extension of our architecture and many new features, integrations and functions.

We are looking for an experienced and focused  QA to join our growing team to contribute to this exciting journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• perform functional tests for Multi-interface mobile/web/desktop application
• planning and providing informal, regression, integration, and acceptance testing
• taking an active part in designing and testing new features
• provide and manage clear bug reports, monitoring and controlling the processes to their resolution
• suggesting functional and quality improvements
• collaboration with parallel teams to implement joint integrations between applications and services

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of overall QA commercial experience 
• good understanding of the software development and testing process
• experience in Web, Mobile, Desktop and API testing
• experience with Windows and MacOS
• experience in using sniffers (e.g. Charles Proxy)
• experience with XCode/Android Studio, emulators, etc
• experience in SQL
• DevTools
• Postman
• experience with GitLab and CI/CD processes
• well-developed communication & team working skills
• ability to follow instructions, work independently, or function in a team as needed
