We're looking for a dedicated Customer/Technical Support to support our team and contribute to our mission.
 

🟢 The Role:
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify issues, run tests, and ensure a seamless user experience for our customers.
 

🟢 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features, ensuring they meet the specified requirements.
- Automated and Manual Testing: Perform both automated and manual testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and other defects.
- Collaborate with Development Teams: Work alongside developers to understand the technical architecture and feature requirements, providing feedback on potential risks and issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of our QA processes and methodologies, staying up-to-date with the latest QA trends and technologies.
 

🟢 What We're Looking For:
- Experience in QA: Proven experience in quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying issues and inconsistencies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Communication Skills: Intermediate or higher proficiency in English for effective communication with team members.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
 

🟢 Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with PHP and Vue.js: Understanding of the technologies used by our development team (PHP, Laravel, Vue.js) to better understand the product and identify issues.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deployment and management.
- Mobile Testing: Experience in with testing mobile applications on android and Ios
- Familiarity with automated testing tools
