Manual QA in Ligamedia

Ligamedia is an independent Ukrainian media holding uniting the LIGA.net business publication and the ADLOVE advertising agency.

Experience in testing PAY, payment systems, banks, etc. is desirable

We we develop and improve our product every day - adding new features, updating the CMS, improving the user experience and internal tools for editorial, marketing and commerce. At this pace, quality counts every second.

Therefore, we are looking for an attentive and responsible Manual QA, who will help keep our quality at a level during the active development of new features, CMS updates and the introduction of new tools that are critical for users, editorial, marketing and commerce.

You will test LIGA.net web projects (user cabinet, subscriptions, Paywall, CRM, comments, AMP, control panels, internal dashboards and other services).

What to do:

• Write and maintain test cases
• Test new functionality
• Check legacy edits
• Regress before releases
• Test integrations (payments, CRM, API, Paywall, etc.)
• Check analytics, events, triggers, transactional letters
• Investigate bugs and clearly describe them in Jira
• Test user flow on mobile/desktop
• Work closely with developers, products and design

Will be a big plus:

• Experience in media or e-commerce
• Understanding how Paywall works, subscriptions, SSO
• Testing complex admins (Filament, Nova or other custom)
• Working with Postman / Swagger / API
• Basic SQL understanding
• Experience with mailing systems (Mailgun, SendPulse, etc.)

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Manual QA experience
• Comprehensive writing skills test cases and bug reports
• Competent Ukrainian (important, because part of the tests are related to content)
• Attention to details, responsibility and neatness in documentation
• Ability to keep pace in a project with a large number of tasks
