• Experience as an administrator will be an advantage;

YOUR DUTIES (using ready-made instructions, scripts, standards):

• Open the salon at 08:30, prepare it for work and reception of clients; to close the salon at 20:00, ensuring its safety.
• Make a long-term work schedule for maximum loading.
• Meet, serve, calculate, record customers in the salon, take care of them, making their stay in the salon as comfortable as possible and creating a wow effect from the service.
• Work with personal cards and customer base and ensure their relevance.
• Monitor the maintenance of perfect cleanliness and order in the salon, and work places are in order
• Working with the cash register and working with the specialized program 1C, or ALEGRO
• Ensure availability of consumables and tools.
• Finding new clients for the salon (any engagement channels) and awakening lost and dormant clients.
• Control staff compliance with salon service standards.
• Participate in staff meetings.
