Branch launch manager in Kazakhstan (Astana) in PanAmerica

In connection with the expansion of offices abroad, we are looking for an ambitious and reliable manager for our new branch.

Goal: to find an enterprising, reliable person who will organize and launch a branch of a car import company from the USA from scratch. Full training and support from our side - from the business model to investments and processes. The opportunity to become a partner.

Main duties:

• Research and analysis of the local market (Kazakhstan and neighboring countries)
• Business registration, solving legal and organizational issues
• Searching and renting an office, selecting and managing a team (further)
• Organization of logistics, sales, customer service
• Negotiations with clients, suppliers, partners
• Reporting, interaction with the head office
• Building a branch as an autonomous business unit under your management

Requirements for skills and qualities:

• Entrepreneurial thinking - you are not just an executor, but a partner
• Experience in independent project or team management
• Skills in sales, negotiations, organizational processes
• Ability to make decisions and responsibility
• Readiness to live and work abroad (Astana)
• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian and Kazakh is mandatory, English is intermediate.
