• Had experience working in a managerial position (team management);
• Had experience in launching and developing content projects from scratch;
• Head of Content Marketing experience of at least 3 years;
• Experience with organic traffic and SEO from 3 years;
• Experience as a copywriter (direct content writing) from 4 years;
• Knowledge of written English C1 and above;
• Skills in creating text content in various formats and skills in working with visuals (developing pictures for a post, designing a header for text).

We expect the results of work in the 1st month to start posting content, develop a content plan and content strategy, understand market products, systematically work with the SEO team, write one article;

for the 3rd month regularly conduct social. network, once a week post an expert article on the site in English and Ukrainian, hire two authors;

for the 6th month, regular content publications, 3 expert articles per week, 6 news per week, steadily grow by 20% per month.

From what the following TASKS arise:

• Quickly adapt in the company and current processes, understand the niche;
• Analyze the company's niche market;
• Development of content strategies and content plan;
• Writing 1-2 expert articles per week;
• Process management and content + news moderation;
• Content editing and quality control: texts, visuals, translations, etc.;
• Testing new hypotheses of content formats and its presentation;
• Communication with the heads of each department in terms of effective content promotion and audience recruitment;
• Filling and development of social media pages. networks - Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Medium;
• Provision of TK to contractors and execution control.
