Our client, a German dynamic and fast-growing software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company for social media growth and customer engagement, is looking for the Managing Director for their startup in Kyiv (founded 2 years ago). The main goal is to help businesses identify their ideal target audiences, grow their social media accounts, and turn followers into loyal customers.

You will have various interesting responsibilities and functions:
Marketing & Business Development (in collaboration with Headquarters):
Analyzing customer data & refining marketing strategies with Headquarters
Optimizing digital target group strategies for the clients
Preparing statistics, calculations, reports, and other materials for management meetings.
Business Management & Strategy:
Office management: Ensuring smooth office operations
Feedback management: Evaluating customer feedback and optimizing processes
Strategy development: Digital strategies & target group analysis for clients
Business process analysis & optimization.
HR Management:
Recruiting, hiring new employees (including working with recruitment agencies), and onboarding newcomers
Training & developing the team, Finance & Administration
Collaboration with accounting for financial planning & payroll
Drafting & reviewing contracts (especially employment contracts)
Administrative tasks & liaising with authorities.
Additional Responsibilities:
Organizing team events
Contributing ideas for process optimization in Marketing, IT, and business operations.
You can be our perfect candidate if you have:
Higher education or equivalent experience
Analytical & Strategic mindset
Logical and goal-oriented work style with high attention to detail
Strong intercultural competence & teamwork skills
Several years of experience in Marketing with a focus on Digital and Social Media Marketing
Professional background should include a comparable position, such as Account Manager, Project Manager, Marketing Manager, HR Manager, Business Development Manager, Customer Success Manager, COO) in a startup, CEO Assistant, and other similar roles.
People Management skills (ability to motivate a team and to be a leader)
Office and Operational management experience
Experience of cooperation with German companies is an advantage
Desirable basic knowledge of company law
Desirable basic knowledge in Accounting and Business Administration
English - professional level, German or French is an advantage
Personal profile - Highly motivated professional, eager to grow and continuously develop new skills, ambitious and proactive, with a desire to expand responsibilities and take on new functional areas, and lead a company to growth and success with the support and close cooperation of the founders.

1500-2000 EUR (brutto) + Bonus for company growth year for year. The salary is currently paid in UAH monthly in 2 parts. The salary is fixed in EUR.

Relocation support if it is needed, but not cover the accommodation costs.
