Manager of ZED in Power Pro

The company "POWER PRO" is looking for a foreign trade manager, who will deal with the organization and control of the company's foreign economic activities. Our company specializes in the production of sports and healthy food. Responsibilities: Preparation, mailing, requests for receiving price offers from product manufacturers, processing of received information, analysis and comparison of received offers. Preparation of documents for customs clearance, Incoterms. Creation of import orders or purchase of goods. Coordination with delivery and logistics services. Sale of raw materials in Ukraine. Monitoring of suppliers' compliance with quality standards. Organization of quality checks upon receipt of products. Interaction with customs authorities, work with the customs base. Work with customs documents for import/export registration. Analysis of logistics transportation, work with carriers. Analysis of risks associated with ED processes and transportation. So, if you: have 2 years of work experience in the FTA department: have basic knowledge of FTA (knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020, experience in conducting business correspondence, preparation of documents); have negotiation skills with suppliers regarding procurement conditions; are familiar with customs requirements for import documents/ export; you have confident written and spoken English (level not lower than B2), English-Ukrainian and reverse translation skills, you also have: experience; translations, certification, procurement — it will be a plus if you are result-oriented and have high internal motivation and responsibility.
