Requirements
Proficiency in Portuguese
English will be an advantage
Resistance to stress and readiness for an irregular schedule
The ability to quickly make decisions in non-standard situations
Communication, empathy, proactivity
Knowledge of the specifics of working with foreigners and understanding cultural differences
Preferred:
Experience in sports or with legionnaires
Availability of a category B driver's license
Understanding the Football Industry
Experience of living/studying abroad
Conflict resolution skills
Basic Tasks
Adaptation and support (50%):help in household matters (housing, documents, banks, medicine), training support, organization of life in the first months
Communication (30%): communication between the player and the club, translation (if necessary), solving issues that arise in real time
24/7 support (15%): to be in touch, respond promptly to emergency situations, provide psychological support during the adaptation period
Coordination (5%): interaction with various departments of the club to ensure the comfort of the legionnaire
