Responsibilities:

• Customer consultation on service registration and follow-up (customer requests for subscriptions and refunds via e-mail and phone);
• Incoming line;
• Verification of registration information;
• Translations, emails;

Requirements:

• Fluent communication in Lithuanian at the B2, C1, C2 level;
• Fluency in English for communication in chats will be an advantage;
• Fluent PC (MS Office);
• Familiarity with CRM/CRS/Zendesk systems;
• Availability of a headset, computer and good internet;
• Orientation towards solving problems;
• Good diction;
• Activity and stress resistance;
