Manager, UX/UI Designer in Paxful

Paxful is hiring an experienced UX/UI Designer to help define and design the future of our product. You'll collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers, to create innovative, intuitive and simple product design solutions that align with our product vision and business goals.As a champion of user-centric design, you'll proactively identify UX gaps, champion improvements, and conduct usability testing to continually iterate and refine designs.You have a keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of accessibility best practices, elevating our product UI standards through consistency, coherence, and innovative design.You embody a data-driven and detail-oriented approach to creativity, with a passion for holistic product-design thinking. You are passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity, and eager to build the next generation of PaxfulWhat you’ll do:Conceptualize, define, and lead UX and UI design initiatives, from user research and information architecture to prototyping, testing, and iterationPartner closely with product managers, UXR, product management, engineering, and other key stakeholders to define product roadmaps, understand user needs, and translate business objectives into simple design solutions.Analyze consumer behavior and feedback to improve usability and overall functionality across Paxful’s web and mobile applicationsProactively identify gaps in the user experience and make recommendations to improve our road map.Conceptualize original ideas that bring a consistent, intuitive, and user-friendly experience to complex design roadmaps.Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs through data-driven decision makingStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in UX and UI design.Craft high-fidelity, aesthetically pleasing UI designs.Own and evolve our design systems to cultivate a cohesive look and feel that aligns with brand guidelines and design standardsContribute to the development of design documentation that facilitates productive collaboration between the design and development teams.Qualifications:7+ years of industry experience as a UI/UX designerExperience with crypto or tech products or a strong understanding of peer-to-peer marketplaces.Ability to translate user research, user needs and product data to make informed design solutionsA customer-first mindset with a good balance of design needs and business acumenExpertise in mobile and web UX best practices across iOS, Android and responsive web, Strong design point of view and aestheticKnowledge of accessibility best practices and guidelinesStrong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including research, product management, engineering and marketingExperience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environmentPortfolio: Well-curated design portfolio for reviewTechnical Skills:Expert level skill in Figma Proficiency in prototypingProficiency working with design systemsExpert level skill using HotJar or other behavior analysis tools to make data-driven design decisionsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Show more Show less Position level Senior secondary level Type of employment Contract employment Job responsibilities Information technologies and Design Industries Design services and Financial services
