You’ll learn more about this during the recruitment process.JOB SUMMARY: Serves as the Talent Development generalist providing impactful learning experiences and resources to build individual, team, and leadership competence and confidence throughout the Team Member life cycle within Universal Creative.Major ResponsibilitiesFacilitates in-person and live-virtual competence development experiences for all audiences to achieve learning outcomes that build individual, team, and leadership competence from enculturation through building core leadership and personal acumen, skills, and capabilities.Delivers high levels of effectiveness and efficiency in execution of programs and experiences; in the areas of communications, marketing, scheduling, tracking, and resource management, by partnering and soliciting assistance from fellow Talent Development leaders/teams and other applicable support partners.Supports systems to allow for access to just-in-time/on demand development resources as well as using systems to communicate and track experiences for Creative Team Members.Ensures learning support materials are updated and relevant. Sources, and supports design and development of synchronous and asynchronous learning programs and initiatives in support of onboarding, enculturation, leadership, and/or competency development.Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design or related field required.EXPERIENCE: 3+ years’ experience in training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: PHR, SPHR or ASTD certification preferred.Your talent, skills and experience will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package.Universal is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
