The company’s consultants have deep knowledge indata science, machine learning and artificial intelligence.Responsibilities:Work onthe latest applications ofdata science tosolve business problems inthe CPG space.Work directly with client stakeholders totranslate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs.Present analytic solutions tobusiness audiences highlighting the robustness ofthe solution and how itcould help generate business value.Responsible for managing analytics projects, and collaborating with client stakeholders and Tiger’s team situated globally.Participate indiscussions with team members toselect and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights.Responsible for making presentations tosenior management, communicating results tobusiness teams, and developing plans tohelp operationalize the analytics solution.Requirements:9-14 years ofprofessional work experience with atleast 7years indata analytics.Ability toengage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client’s team totranslate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches.Deep knowledge and understanding ofthe CPG space.Strong project management and team management skills and ability towork with global teams.Asolid understanding ofstatistical and machine-learning algorithms isaplus.Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools likeR &Python; &visualization tools like Tableau &Power BI.Exposure tocloud platforms and big data systems such asHadoop HDFS, and Hive isaplus.Ability towork withIT and Data Engineering teams tohelp embed analytic outputs inbusiness processes.Graduate inBusiness Analytics orMBA orequivalent work experience.Upper-Intermediate orhigher level ofknowledge ofEnglish.Our Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Flexible working hours.Vacation— 20working days’ annual leave.Paid sick days.Apersonal laptop with all the essential software installed.State holidays are granted.Corporate accountant, lawyer, and psychologist services.Bureaucracy-free and transparent management.Costs related toparticipation inworkshops and professional conferences are covered.Online English classes with anative speaker.
