MAIN TASKS
- Coordination of the project to ensure the achievement of its goals and objectives, to promote the protection of the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons, children affected by hostilities and armed conflicts, other vulnerable categories of the population
- Control of the state of implementation and management of project activities
- Coordination interaction of project activity participants
- Organization and control of work processes
- Control over the work of the regional office
- Timely reporting, meeting deadlines
- Organization of systemic interaction with state authorities, local self-government and public organizations in order to consolidate efforts
- Performance of other duties as necessary
- Strict adherence to humanitarian principles and standards
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education
- Knowledge of internal displacement issues
- Experience in data management and project documentation
- Ability to organize a team
- Free command of Ukrainian and English
- A confident user of Microsoft Office
- Other relevant experience and skills
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time, involving a large number of people and different areas of activity, attention to detail and the ability to independently determine priorities
- The ability to make informed decisions and the ability to respond flexibly in a dynamic environment with limited time frames.
