The Manager, Project Delivery is an integral member of the clinical trial enrollment team. The Client Solutions Delivery Team runs projects in partnership with the Client Solutions Strategy Team (Strategy). This includes, but is not limited to, developing, and managing project schedules, coordinating cross-functional team deliverables, supporting client relationships, and coordinating with external vendors through the project lifecycle. This person is responsible for leading small to mid-sized complex projects with assistance while managing critical tasks within the delivery team. The Manager, Project Delivery will manage client and project expectations in collaboration with Strategy to achieve best in class client service.Job Responsibilities:Partner with Strategy to understand the optimal timing on key milestones and delivery datesSupports project team to negotiate cross-functional alignment on project deliverables and timingApply established workflows and best practices across digital and traditional disciplines to achieve project goals on timeThink creatively and execute details of individual projects within agency cross-functional teamsDemonstrate excellent client-service for both internal and external clients, with focus on continual improvement by meeting expectations through proficiency of job skills/requirementsManage individual projects with direction/coaching across functional teams, spanning creative, digital, media, technology, etc.Coordinate with external vendors, through the project lifecycle on details of individual projects including web, translations, print production, and respective budget and invoice managementFacilitate completion of tasks within individual projects, proactively follow up, review, and track progress to ensure smooth delivery of tasksSet up and maintain project data and assets in Work Management System (WMS)Create estimates and schedules/timelines within individual projects, while monitoring and adjusting as necessary and communicating with stakeholders as changes or risks occurManage digital executions and revisions per project (website, display, search, social, promotional, emails, etc.); may serve as primary point of contact between Continuum Clinical and the web partner with minimal supervisionGain awareness of potential project-related risks, collaborate with teams to identify solutions, mitigate risks, and engage in contingency planning with guidance from Delivery LeadershipAssist with the creation of internal tools, processes, and documentationUtilize established tools to monitor and report on project profitability, variances, and identify budgetary risks with direction and coaching from Delivery LeadershipManage process oversights such as quality control, file naming/saving, and proofreading QC with direct supervisionAssist with cost gathering on assigned projects, including scope changes and new initiativesQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree preferred1-3 years relevant experience in Project Management/Client service-oriented roles managing projects in marketing, communications, advertising or related fieldsExperience in healthcare, life science or pharmaceutical experience – research, clinical trials, commercial, or operations - desired; internship or other relevant experience will also be consideredStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsHighly collaborative and solution-orientedThe anticipated salary range for this position will be $55,000-$70,000. Salary is based on job-related factors such as: years of relevant experience, qualifications and/or certifications.
