What we will assign you:
- Responsible for developing or changing the product strategy with the goal of maximizing its value.
- Responsible for a proactive position in the search for processes for future automation with the help of the product.
- Conduct market research, competitors, user needs to make management decisions.
>- Develop and analyze product metrics to assess business process performance or product profitability.
- Manage the product backlog, ensure its transparency, availability and understanding. Monitor backlog execution and progress.
- Responsible for interacting with cross-functional team members on product design approval, technical tasks, user story generation, and product acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize tasks for the development team.

- You have at least 3 years of IT product management and development experience.
- Experience in product development strategy development.
- Managed a team of <10 FTE.
- Knowledge of business and product subject area .
- Knowledge of IT product development methodology and principles.
- Basic technical skills: skills in testing, programming, working with databases, generating reports.
- Understanding UI principles /UX.
- Ability to conduct research: qualitative (interviews, surveys, etc.), quantitative market research, Customer Development (CustDev), A/B testing, evaluating the potential of new functionality, designing experiments and interpreting the results of metrics.
- Knowledge and ability to analyze data and product metrics.
- Practical experience in the application of planning methods: Canvas methods, the concept of Lean Production and the critical chain.
- Calculation economic indicators, financial modeling and product business plan calculation.
- Knowledge of theory and practice in Digital Marketing
