Responsibilities: processing of requests from the Aquamarket.UA online store — orders, calls, chats, complaints; processing of orders from the Aquamarket.UA online store, selection of goods and consultation, ordering from the supplier, sending by the delivery service, binding payment for orders, fiscalization of sales, informing buyers, processing return orders; working in offices of external services - Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, LiqPay, Binotel, Rozetka, Prom. preparing content for new store products. Skills: Fluency in Ukrainian; ability to provide consultations by phone; ability to work with objections ;Excel - we teach;ERP system - we teach;CRM system KeyCRM - we teach.
