What we need from you: conducting direct activities in the sale of products and services; ensuring the supply of products for uninterrupted sales products; training of product sales staff according to sales scripts; keeping the club clean, using the personnel control method according to the relevant checklists; monthly marketing planning; planning events, tournaments; control of social pages by the content manager and organization of advertising; timely response to wear and tear of furniture, equipment, interior and further elimination of the defect in the shortest possible time; if necessary, providing the cyber club with the necessary personnel: selection, training, control, dismissal; keeping financial records and monitoring activities in the relevant provided tables; attracting new customers with the help of promotions and organizing marketing events ;fulfillment of the tasks set by the management, which contribute to the development of the club and the improvement of business processes agreed in advance together and have a clearly defined deadline; communication with customers; understanding of the gaming industry will be a plus.
