Requirements: Knowledge of English (fluent); Knowledge of the specifics of working with foreign trade documents (import/export); Knowledge of the specifics interaction with customs brokers; 3 years of work experience in a similar position; Proficiency in MS Office software; High communication skills; Experience in conducting successful negotiations with suppliers and carriers; Communicability, responsibility, activity. Main functional duties: Control and support of deliveries at all stages — from placement to receipt of the order with the appropriate paperwork; Correspondence and negotiations with foreign counterparties; Preparation of specifications, invoices, packing lists and other documents; Agreement of goods and transport documentation with suppliers, carriers and customs broker; Provision of reports on the status of orders.
