Main duties:

• Planning and placing orders, taking into account production and delivery lead times, to cover production by 100%.
• Control and assessment of risks in the long-term horizon regarding the supply of materials.
• Implementation of KRI's.
• Visualization of one's activities, reporting, status and control of planned actions.
• Interaction with the company's divisions with the aim of completing assigned tasks.
• Maintenance of working and reporting documentation.
• Work with claims.

Requirements:

• Higher economic education.
• MS Office, understanding 1C or SAP.
• Proficiency in English (B1) a must.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of the planning and procurement process.
• Understanding of scenario planning and the importance of evaluating risks and opportunities at the short and long term level.
• Negotiation skills, presentation skills, ability to influence and persuade.
• Resistance to stress, readiness to complete assigned tasks on time and ability to prioritize work.
