Art Nation is a marketing team that turns shopping into an adventure. We create blockbuster products and gamified promotions that bring new customers into stores, increase traffic and explode on social networks. The leading supermarket chains of Ukraine, Europe, the CIS countries, the South Caucasus, Central Asia and Ukrainian FMCG manufacturers work with us.

Our new product - Pryzi - is the loyalty of the next generation. We unite Ukrainian producers, local and national brands in an ecosystem where every participant gets the maximum value, and consumers get real benefits and emotions.

And now we are looking for a Partnership Manager who will become the voice and face of our partnership.

Who exactly will this role suit

You like to meet and communicate with people, you know how to build trust and keep communication level.
 You can explain complex things simply, feel business needs and see opportunities where others may miss them.
 Activity, structure and courage in dialogues is about you.

What you will do

•  You will look for and attract new partners - national and local brands in various industries for joint activities and collaborations.
• You will conduct presentations and show why cooperation with Art Nation is a win-win, and Pryzy is a new source of opportunities.
• You will maintain relations with existing partners and help them effectively implement joint projects.
• You will organize marketing activities: exchange of materials, news, articles, integrations, promo.
• You will monitor document flow and compliance with agreements.
• You will receive and summarize key indicators, monitor efficiency.
•  You will offer ideas for improving partner programs and processes.

What is important to us

• Confident written and spoken Ukrainian — must.
• Strong communication skills: persuasive, structured, ability to conduct dialogue.
• 1+ year in marketing, PR or working with partners.
• Independence, responsibility, initiative and result-oriented.
