Hello! We are looking for a Manager for working with existing tenants in Kyiv

What to do:

• Expiry control contracts;
• Extension and renegotiation of contracts;
• Control of sending and receiving documents from tenants;
• Control of timely payment from tenants;
• Analysis tenants' work and object attendance.
• Reporting.
• Rental budget implementation.

• Knowledge of PC Word, Excel at the level of an advanced user.
• Knowledge of SAP and 1C document management will be an advantage.< /li>
