If you have experience in planning, coordinating visual art programs and exhibition projects, please submit your CV and motivation letter in English by June 16 via the link: MAIN TASKS:
- coordination of exposition projects and events related to exhibition projects and residencies;
- work with curators of exhibitions and educational projects, designers, exhibition architects and artists;
- coordination of work with contractors to create the organizational part of exhibitions and events;
- coordination of work of mediators_ok and volunteers_ok;
- cooperation with the operations manager on issues of technical support of exhibition projects (coordination of budgeting and costs);
- work with documents and contracts for artists, curators and other persons involved in the process;
- ensuring clear, fast and transparent communication with all event participants and the team;
- other work related to the outlined activities.
REQUIREMENTS :
- qualification in the field of visual art or related disciplines;
- mandatory work experience in creating exhibitions and visual art projects;
- knowledge and understanding of the processes of modern visual art;
- desire to develop in the field of visual art;
- excellent organizational skills;
- good communication skills (oral and written);
- command of the English language at the Upper Intermediate level.
