Knowledge:

• 2-3 years of work experience as a training manager, business trainer;
• Experience in developing and conducting trainings (Soft|Hard Skills) in the format live and online;
• Knowledge of the specifics of teaching adults, the ability to effectively interact with the audience;
• Knowledge of modern learning methods (gamification, microlearning);
• Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams);
• Experience with graphic editors (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) will be an advantage;
• Skills in working with videos editors (will be an advantage);
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written);
