Responsibilities: Development of the process of adaptation of new employees and support in the process of adaptation; Monitoring of mood and socio-psychological atmosphere among employees; Conducting motivational interviews to improve the morale and psychological state of the team; Improvement of the basic personnel training program; Conducting personnel certifications according to the schedule; Analysis of the personnel potential of employees, creation of a personnel reserve; Development and integration of motivation systems and KPIs; Conducting exit interviews, support for the process of dismissal of employees; Organization of seminars, master classes, trainings designed for professional development and improvement of the qualifications of employees; Organization of team building and holidays; Strengthening, development and support of corporate culture Working conditions: Modern, comfortable office; Official employment; Work schedule 5/2; Opportunity for career growth and professional development.
