Manager of trade union work (Head of projects and programs) in Profspilka TOV Nova Poshta

Requirements:

• Higher education or in the process of obtaining it
• Experience and understanding of the basic principles of communication
• Free business written and oral communication in the Ukrainian language
• Desire to work and develop in the social sphere
• Ability to learn quickly and process a large amount of information

A large experience of:

• trade union work and/or trade union leadership
• project management
• operational management< /span>
• staff training
• legal practice in labor law

Working conditions:

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of projects and programs to achieve the plans and rates of development defined by the Trade Union
• Resolving appeals of Trade Union members from the moment of receipt to the actual result
• Continuous training and improvement of knowledge on labor law
• Consulting Trade Union members in all available communication channels (if necessary, searching for information for an answer on the Internet or in other public organizations)
• Organization and holding of meetings, meetings, training events

• Search and interaction with contractors on existing projects
• Monthly performance and performance reporting
