Now we are looking for a Private Brand Manager (PPR) - a specialist who will be a driving force in the creation and development of our brands, from idea to market launch. 

So, if you:

    • Have 3 years of work experience in the positions of Product Manager / Brand Manager / Private Label Manager or in the field of R&D
    • Successfully launched and developed TM products; 
    • Know the principles of pricing and forming commercial offers; 
    • Orient yourself in market trends and consumer requests; 
    • You have experience in negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers; 
    • You can effectively organize teamwork and control project deadlines; 
    • You speak English at a level no lower than Intermediate; 
    • Proactive, organized and results-oriented.

We offer a brief introduction to the duties:

    • Research of the Ukrainian and international markets to identify promising categories and products; 
    • Search and selection of manufacturers for the launch of TM products; 
    • Development and protection of business plans for each product; 
    • Formation and implementation of brand development strategy; 
    • Creation of financial models of projects with calculation of profitability; 
    • Organization of work with suppliers and monitoring of contractual obligations; 
    • Coordinating work with marketing, sales, designers and other departments for a successful product launch; 
    • Control of terms, budget and key indicators of projects; 
    • Participation in the development of packaging, positioning and promotion of brands; 
    • Regular monitoring of results and making adjustments to the strategy.
