• have experience in creating and successfully promoting YouTube channels;
• orient yourself in YouTube performance indicators and algorithms;
• participated in the creation of new content formats;
• can analyze data, draw conclusions and forecasts;
• can explain complex things in simple words, make analytical presentations;

• attentive, organized, stress-resistant, efficient, responsible, honest.

Being a plus, you will do:

• support and promotion of the news YouTube channel;
• take part in the creation of new channel products;
• analysis of the target audience, determination of interesting content according to the needs of subscribers;
• analysis of competitors;
• take part in the development of a content plan;
• monitoring of the video content of the department and providing recommendations for using it on the YouTube channel;
• providing suggestions for posting videos on the channelali;
• interact with designers regarding the visual part of the channel;
• communication with other units on issues of posting video content in social networks.
