The ROKADA Charitable Foundation announces a competition to fill a vacancySustainability Hub Manager

Sustainability Hub - it is a community support and development center where educational courses, trainings, public events and professional development programs are held. We create a space for people to develop and strengthen the local community.

Duties:

• Coordinate the daily work of the Hub, organize effective interaction between the team and partners.

• Plan a calendar of events: training courses, trainings, meetings, public events.

• Maintain communication with trainers, program participants and partners, inform about opportunities Khabu.

• Organize technical and logistical support for events: space, equipment, handouts, coffee breaks.

• Control the condition of the premises, equipment and consumables.

• Keep internal documentation, prepare reports and analytics for the team and donors.

• Cooperate with local authorities and public organizations for the development of the Hub.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, event coordination or administrative work.

• Organization, ability to plan and coordinate several tasks at the same time.

• Communication, ability to work with different audiences (partners, trainers, participants).

• Basic documentation and work skills with office equipment.

• The desire to work for the benefit of the community and develop social projects.
