In connection with the expansion of construction volumes and the growth of the company, we are opening a vacancy for a Manager subcontract selection section, which will help ensure timely and efficient supply of materials and equipment for the smooth execution of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collection of initial data regarding the needs of engaging performers in the section of projects;
• Formation of qualification criteria for the selection of potential performers;
• Analysis of tender sites and other sources of attracting potential performers works;
• Formation and constant updating of the base of executors with experience of cooperation;
• Maintain internal files with extended information about subcontracting organizations;
• Contact with existing subcontractors to check their readiness for cooperation;
• Planning and organization of tenders for the involvement of executors;
• Collection of commercial offers from interested parties candidates;
• Comparison of offers by cost, experience, terms;
• Preparation and signing of a contract with an approved subcontractor;
• Resolution of misunderstandings with a subcontractor;
• Evaluation of results after completion of work.
