The field of activity of the company "COMPAS-GRUP" is the construction, design and sale of translucent aluminum structures and premium winter gardens segment. Knowledge of Bitrix. 24 will be a plus. Experience working with aluminum or PVC structures (windows/doors/facades). High level of communication and ability to work in a team. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. Experience in customer service will be an advantage. Responsibilities: Organization and control of customer service. Resolution of conflict situations and work with complaints. Coordination of work with other departments of the company to ensure high-quality service. Development and implementation of methods for optimizing customer service processes. Processing and administration of all incoming requests for company services, maintaining CRM, working in special programs for calculating commercial offers, working with the existing customer base and partners, search for new channels of attracting customers, meetings with customers, complaints; work in 1C, Bitrix, world, excel, social networks; We offer: Competitive salary.
