Together with you, we will open new beautiful shops of delicious meat and sausage products in the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. Duties: Search for commercial premises for rent in specified locations according to the specified criteria. Establishing contact with the owners to conduct negotiations regarding the possibility of renting. Carry out inspections of the premises, necessary measurements, assess the compliance of the premises with the requirements for opening a new store. Participation in the conclusion of a lease agreement on optimal conditions for the Company. Requirements for the candidate: the presence of a car and a driver's license (we compensate for depreciation and fuels and lubricants); familiarity with the real estate market as a realtor or development and rental employee (preferred, but not required) — WE ARE READY TO TRAIN! readiness for business trips to cities neighboring the Dnipro — at least 50% of working time.
