Requirements:

• Experience in online product/service sales will be an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work with telephony , CRM systems and office programs;
• Adaptability, ability to effectively solve tasks;

Main duties:

• Receive and process phone calls, emails and messages from customers;

  • Consulting customers about the company's products and services, receiving and processing orders;
  • Providing information to customers about prices, delivery times, payment terms and coordinating order details with other departments;
  • Monitoring sales volumes and other indicators important for the work of the department.
