We are looking for Inbound and Outbound Sales Managers who will guide the client from hesitation to "successfully implemented". The position is open for three of our projects: Laba, Skvot and robot_dreams. We are ready to invest in you: teach you to sell, give you drive from the head of the sales department, give support from the team leader, tools for sales and customers - everything that will help you initially grow to our level, and then run ahead of the department. Your future tasks: advise customers who come from advertising about our courses, as well as make calls to our base and propose new products to customers; find out and understand the needs of the customer and convey the value of our product, which helps to achieve their goals; to enter relevant data in CRM - the world's top HubSpot system; to correspond with clients by e-mail and in messengers; to get a thrill from the implementation and over-fulfillment of plans. We will work together if: work in an office in Kyiv suits you; the desire to earn a lot; ready to learn scripts and learn sales techniques; you know how to give 120% and do better than your competitors; you want to sell an "ecological" product that will be valuable to the client; you have an excellent command of the Ukrainian language. Now to the point - how much? on average, a beginner in the sales department earns 18 thousand UAH, after 2-3 months - 30-40 thousand, and top-level managers reach 90-150 thousand UAH. There is no limit, it all depends on your motivation, efficiency and number of closed deals! For example, our newbie Oleksiy without experience in sales earned UAH 24,567 in the 2nd month. And top manager Maksym earns UAH 93,245 on average in 6 months. And these numbers are growing - with the fulfillment of KPI's and the sales plan, your grades will also grow, which means a higher % of the closed deal.
