Who are we looking for?

We invite a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to a language school specializing in the Polish language.

What tasks await you?

• Finding and attracting customers through various communication channels;

• Consultation of potential customers regarding school products;

• Conducting presentations about school products for clients; • Implementation of the sales plan;

• Work in the CRM system;

• Daily reporting.

What is important for us?

• 2 years of sales experience;

• Experience with CRM systems;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;

• Persuasion skills, the ability to overcome objections and smooth out conflicts, creativity and proactivity;

• Time management, the ability to prioritize and allocate time to tasks, work under increased workload;

• Polish language level from Intermediate (B1) and above;

• Level of the Belarusian language from Intermediate (B1) and above.
