What should be done in the position Manager of the regional directorate for sales management of small and medium-sized businesses?

• Influence and be responsible for the effective result of increasing the portfolio indicators of Liabilities and Assets of the business;
< li>Leadership and mentoring in the team, direct participation in achieving the goals of the region;
• Conduct training and experience of best practices, development of managers;
• Monitor sales results: identify weak and strong areas, management decisions;
• Provide quality support to employees regarding the systematic sale of banking products to legal entities;
• Ensure the work standards of employees in the relevant direction.
  
  Our expectations:
  • Availability of economic and/or technical education;
  • Experience of working with small and medium-sized clients, agribusiness, including corporate clients. Additionally: work experience in the network of this direction for at least the last 2 years is considered positive;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Knowledge of financial and economic analysis, analytics and the ability to advocate and implement credit projects
  • Readiness for business trips, meetings with clients
  • Competitor market analysis (knowledge of the market environment)
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to organize and plan
