Company mission: The "Mirne Nebo Kharkov" charitable foundation works on the implementation of humanitarian projects in cooperation with international partners for improving the quality of life of Kharkiv residents.

Main responsibilities:

• Development, implementation and management of humanitarian projects of the fund.
• Management of project teams and control over the execution of tasks.
• Search for new opportunities for cooperation with international partners.
• Ensuring the high quality of project implementation and their compliance with the foundation's mission goals.
• li>Manage a department from 5 to 50 people.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Ability to negotiate.
• Understanding business processes.
• Ability to form and manage a team.
• Work experience in project management for at least 2 years.

• Knowledge of methods of project development and implementation.
• High communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Experience of cooperation with international partners will be an advantage.
• Level of English languages ​​from B1.
