Manager of the personnel accounting section in Collar Company

 We are looking for a Manager of the personnel accounting section who will be responsible for conducting personnel records in accordance with the requirements of the law and internal standards of the Company.

Main duties

• accounting for legal entities: admission, transfer, vacations, business trips, issuing certificates, dismissal, registration of employment books
• work in 1C: personnel operations, sick leave, staff list, report cards
• work in M.E.Doc: submission of data on new employees, compilation and submission of reports to regulatory bodies
• ordering of salary cards for new employees
• work with the PFU site: verification of sick leave, insurance record, labor books
• keeping military records

Requirements

• work experience from 1 year (will be an advantage)
• knowledge of labor legislation, the procedure for maintaining personnel documentation and timesheets accounting
• experience working with 1C:8 (ZUP), Microsoft Office package
• responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance, sociability, ability to find solutions and work in a team
