Functional duties: Control of the compliance of the Company's personal data processing processes with the requirements of European and Ukrainian legislation on the protection of personal data (GDPR); Implementation of privacy by design principles in new projects and initiatives and products, identification of risks arising from the processing of personal data; Conducting a risk assessment (DPIA) by writing the appropriate methodology; Providing advice to units-owners of processes within the framework of carrying out DPIA and filling in the Register of processes, control of the quality and completeness of data in the Register; Carrying out control over the implementation of measures to protect personal data, the owner of which is the Company; Analysis of the Company's current regulatory documents and processes for compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of personal data protection; Conducting checks on compliance by personal data subjects with the requirements of the legislation on personal data protection; Development and updating of regulatory documents that determine the principles, methodology, policy and tools for managing the process of personal data protection; Preparation of informational materials, publications in the field of personal data protection. Candidate requirements: Complete higher education in a professional direction at the educational and qualification level of a master, specialist; Work experience in the field of law in the field of personal data protection — from 3 years; Work with PC (MSOffice, Outlook Express, Internet), free use of the Liga legal framework, experience of working in the electronic document management system; Ukrainian (fluent), English (pre-intermediate).
