We are looking for a "Department Manager" for our team online store support"

Requirement:

• A confident user of a PC and Google services ;
• Good communication skills and stress resistance;
• Full or incomplete higher education (final year students);
• Ability and desire to work with a large amount of information.
• Competent command of spoken Ukrainian

Main duties responsibilities:

• Process incoming requests (calls, e-mails and chats) from customers regarding the current status of orders and other issues;
• Providing consultations regarding the return of goods, warranty and paid repairs, complaints, as well as other questions that may arise from customers;
• Call customers with the aim of increasing the level of service and loyalty to the company (NPS);
