Online store manager in DartVaper

We are the dartvaper.ua online vape store. We are looking for a customer service manager. We offer: a stable payment of wages twice a month, a safe office in the basement, free tea, coffee, cookies, a bargain mood. The office is near the Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station. The first month of work is internship training, paid at the rate of UAH 20,000. After a successful internship, the rate is UAH 18,000. UAH 15,000—bonuses, paid in part or in full depending on the ratings of the intercepted calls (we will explain in more detail during the interview and training).Work schedule: 5 working days a week (2 floating days off, can be placed next to each other) Mon—Fri 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sat— Sun 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Responsibilities Online consultation of customers and processing of their orders; Forming TTN; Consultation of customers in chat rooms; Knowledge of products and assortment; Coordination of delivery work; Accompanying the client all the way to receiving the order and after; Punching checks; Entering analytical data into tables; Monitoring cleanliness and order workplace; LOVE OF PEOPLE, and a genuine desire to help find the best choice for each buyer.
